Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of some custom items all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing defect.

Non-Custom Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-customized products. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges are available for non-customized items if sizing or style is incorrect. Contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange.
